The Arbors, located in the Town of Delafield off I-94 and east of Hwy. 83, was a joint venture with Jon Spheeris and Stonepine Development Corporation. Located on over 158 acres, The Arbors is a beautiful parcel of land, with 70 lots, adjacent to Nagawaukee Golf Course with views overlooking Pewaukee Lake. Extensive landscaping and white garden structures including gazebos, pergolas, and benches set the tone for this tranquil lake country development. The Arbors was chosen by the Metropolitan Builders Association as the site of the 1992 Parade of Homes. Careful attention was paid to the preservation of the environmental corridor within the wooded areas of The Arbors.
